Indulge in an evening of the best of Chinese cuisine by the various establishments of TungLok. With the wide collection of cuisine types , diners will be brought on a journey through China from Peking Irish Duck with Duck Liver Sauce from Beijing, Braised pork belly with Abalone and Niigata Koshihikari rice from Shanghai and to Steamed Pepper-sauce River Prawn from Hunan. Each dish will be skilfully prepared by TungLok’s roster of talented masterchefs. To top it off, the dinner will be paired with Hennessy and the wines of Terrazas Reserva.
