Launching the fifth edition of Asian Masters is a bespoke ‘Culinary Journey through China’s Dinner which is specially curated by renowned food critic Wong Ah Yoke from The Straits Times and veteran food consultant Alan Ng from LianHe ZaoBao.
This evening offers diners a rare opportunity to experience the culinary genius of six culinary maestros from leading Chinese restaurants coming together to create a gastronomic odyssey. Their 8-course menu will be paired with three expressions of Hennessy cognac.
The restaurants featured at this dinner include Jade, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, Chef Kang’s Kitchen, Imperial Treasure Shanghai Cuisine, Lokkee, Spring Court and Paradise Teochew. They will present 8 regional styles of Chinese cuisine encompassing Teochew, Cantonese, Shanghainese, Fujian, Beijing, Hunan, Nanjing and Sichuan.
