Kenjiro ‘Hatch’ Hashida

Kenjiro Hashida, otherwise known as ‘Hatch’ (pronounced as Haa-chi) is a second-generation master sushi chef whose father, Tokio Hashida, heads one of Japan’s premier gourmet sushi restaurants, Hashida Sushi. Hatch holds over 25 years of culinary experience, and has been recognised for his innovative yet authentic approach to traditional Japanese cuisine. As a celebrity chef in his own right, Hatch has led Hashida Sushi Singapore to clinch several prestigious awards in recent years, namely from The Peak Selections: Gourmet & Travel annual G awards 2015 and the RAS Epicurean Star Awards 2014.
