Lianhe Zaobao food correspondent Marcus Yeo and food consultant David Yip has come together to work with the two remaining maetros of the ‘Four Heavenly Kings’ of Cantonese cuisine in the 1980s Masterchefs Sin Leong and Hooi Kok Wai to recreate a luxurious Cantonese wedding banquet of the 50s.
