E.g. charcoal boiled soup, roasted duck and pork over charcoal fire, hand-ground spices and desserts. Chef Sam tries to keep to the 3 mantras of Cantonese cooking: freshest ingredients, purity of taste and preserving the natural sweetness of the ingredients. This guiding principle goes into each and every recipe that is made.
You have the privacy of the whole place as we serve only have 2 tables per night. You can enjoy the rustic feel, the antiques, open porch and can even get to cut some vegetables yourself! Our customers have told us that it is a wonderful experience, ambience and their palates have never been more pampered.
